We have always harbored a deep affection for songs. Each piece operates like a film in miniature; within a few fleeting minutes, it captures a narrative, an emotion, a landscape, or sometimes an entire lifetime. A song is an inherently intimate vessel, crafted purely from words and music. When you attend a concert and the tracklist unfolds, song by song, you are gradually drawn into the performer's world. Magically, their stories and emotions become your own, leaving you with the distinct sensation of having lived through them yourself.
Our theatrical ethos follows this very same principle. Our dramaturgy eschews linear narrative arcs; instead, our productions offer a constellation of vignettes to navigate, inviting actors and audience members to collectively piece together the mosaic of our shared lives and dreams.

For this production, audiences are welcomed into a makeshift, intimate bar, complete with weathered red tables and a welcoming glass of wine—evoking the nostalgic atmosphere of an old community hub, underscored by live music. Here, we weave tales of land, love, passion, utopias, and failures. Stories that, at their core, resonate exactly like songs.

At this particular juncture in our theatrical journey and personal lives, we felt a compelling urge to revisit our entire body of work—from Teatro da mangiare? to Noi siamo un minestrone—approaching it as if it were the back catalog of a singer-songwriter. Consequently, we have curated selected fragments from our past repertoire, "re-arranged" them through a fresh lens, and interwoven them with unreleased material. The entire piece has been meticulously orchestrated to the soundtrack of the music we love. It plays out precisely like a concert.

Positioned center stage, a low table laden with plates, pots, and kitchen utensils subtly foreshadows the performance's culinary finale: a serving of the company's signature tagliatelle al pesto Ariette.
